We are delighted to introduce the "eCorect" food waste decomposition/dehydration machine to Ireland,with capacities from 30kgs/60kgs/ day up to 1500kgs./ day.The "eCorect"s unique technology has the capacity to reduce both the weight and volume of food waste by between 75% and 85%,on average 80%.The "eCorect" does not use water, it does it require the addition of microbes,enzymes or any bulking agent.It requires no exhaust system,only a condensation drain.It's unique operating system means low electricity consumption.Unlike composters,it operates in a cycle time,the small machine has a cycle time of between 4-9 hours and the larger machines of between 12-23 hours.Also in relation to composters,it differs in that it is not sensitive to the material being too wet or too dry.It only effects the cycle time,ie,if material is very wet the cycle time may well go to the max. time,whereas if the material is drier than normal hotel/restaurant foodwaste, the cycle time is much shorter.The machine automatically shuts off when the process is complete,producing a completely dry,sterile, biomass which can then be used by licenced commercial composting facilities as an accelerant for the composting process. The machines are impressively small in their footprint,ie, the model ET-100 (100kgs/day) measures,1150mm W x1000 D x 1050H.The "eCorect" can be located in a nearby waste management area.If a macerator/dewatering system is fitted a further 70% reduction in both weight and volume can be achieved.
