"eCorect" is possibly the best system available for handling commercial quantities of food waste.With its unique technology,it heats the foodwaste to a temperature of 80c in a cycle time of between 4-23 hours ,depending on model and type of foodwaste.It produces a dry sterile biomass which can be then be placed in your brown bins and collected by your waste contractor for delivery to a licenced compost facility. Exhaust air is heated up to 300c to kill any foul odours.A small condensate drain is required to drain off the clear untaminated water from the process.The only other requirement is a power supply.The "eCorect" does not use any water. There are six models in the range, 30kg/60kg, 100kg,300kg,500kg,1000kg and 1500kg/day, giving a possible volume and weight reduction of between 75% and 85% and in some cases even greater than that.The small footprint and easy operating of these machines gives them a great advantage over anything else in the marketplace. There is no need to add microbes,enzymes or any bulking agent to the "eCorect". The eCorect is Suitable for Category 3 waste and does not require approval under the Animal By-Products Regulation.
